a mixture of stature menhir and incised stela

La Lentejuela, near Sevilla

Drawing of the same stela, showing traces of the diadem which has been chopped off. The head and belt fields resemble an old-style statue-menhir, but the flat incised surface with stick-body is of later vintage.
